TICKET PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
By purchasing a ticket and attending our Induction Celebration Evening event, you grant the Aurora Sports Hall of Fame and their affiliates the right to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media that may capture your likeness, voice, and/or actions during the event for promotional, marketing, and other lawful purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to, use in print, online, and social media platforms.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product wherein your likeness appears. You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of your likeness.
