WHAT: On February 11th, six elementary schools will converge on the Stronach Aurora Recreation Centre (SARC) to compete in the second annual Aurora Cup. Teams will be represented by St. Joseph, St. Jerome, Holy Spirit, Light of Christ and Our Lady of Grace. The Aurora Cup is an inclusive, fun, competitive opportunity for grade 6, 7 and 8 boys and girls of all abilities to play hockey together for their Aurora school.
The spirit of hockey is not organized or contested by the school boards and the Aurora Sports Hall of Fame (ASHOF), a registered charity, will provide an opportunity for youth to play for their school with their friends.
