After performing in the “Ice Follies”, Mr. Galbraith served as a US Air Force Flight Instructor during WWII and moved back to Canada afterward to pursue his coaching career. As a coach, Mr. Galbraith was the first to use film/video as a teaching tool to teach his students the best figure skating techniques and as seen in this photograph, Mr. Galbraith is with his students viewing a film strip during one of his lessons.
