Awarded to Milton while attending York University in celebration of his outstanding Track and Field achievements. Milton became an Ontario University Athletics All-Star in 1995, 1996, and 1998, earned eight gold and two silver OUA medals, and later added one silver and two bronze CIAU (Canadian Interuniversity Athletics Union) medals. This award is especially meaningful to him.
