With well over 60 Aurora sport stories collected for our Canada 150 Moments in Sport Campaign to uncover Aurora’s rich sport history, the Aurora Sports Hall of Fame is ready to showcase another Great Moment in Sport!

Congratulations to Marty Williamson and Jerome Dupont on their championship in 2004 and 2007 and we will continue to push towards a #3 win.” said Jim Thomson, President Aurora Tigers JRA.

“I remember the 2004 win and was thrilled to attend the Tigers celebration afterward with my son who was 9 years old at the time. He got the autographs of almost every Tiger, some of whom went on to enjoy professional hockey careers. I look forward to integrating this great moment in Aurora sport heritage in our education programs for the Aurora Sports Hall of Fame.” adds Kristen Dajia, Aurora Sports Hall of Fame Education Committee Chair, who was at the 2004 celebration.
